Landscape construction project manager - DOE $26-$33 per hour. General Duties: • Reach out to clients to schedule jobs, schedule crews, equipment, and deliveries. • Onsite supervising of installation crews as well as ongoing training. • Ensure crews adhere to company safety standards. • Monitor progress and deliver field reports to General Contractor, Architects & Clients • Generate punch list items • Conduct any inspections required by municipal authorities. Job Qualifications: • Experience: 4 plus years of landscape installation experience as a project manager or similar roll. Estimating experience also a plus. • Expertise: A required understanding of landscape operations, including grading, drainage, planting, irrigation, masonry, and lighting. • Experienced with construction equipment such as forklifts, backhoes, jack hammer attachment, and saws. • Proficiency in computer software programs including Word, Excel, Gmail, iOS devices. • We require valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record. • Languages: Prefer English-Spanish Bilingual. • 401k after the first year of employment.
