Apply here! --> Primary Objective of Position Provide an outstanding personalized welcome to every guest and exceed guest expectations by providing professional, efficient and courteous service in accordance with the Four and Five diamond/star standards. Job Responsibilities Maintains the appearance of the pool and beach area during shift, while assisting guests. Ensures a clean, safe, and fun environment for guests at the pool/beach. Coordinates the storage and maintenance of beach equipment and bicycles. Scope of Position - Greets guests who have scheduled an appointment for the pool, distributes towels, and assists in finding a seating area or other items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys - Log guest check out of bikes and ensure they are back in time and all equipment are accounted for - Interacts with guests and their children in a friendly and professional manner - Keeps beach equipment, towels and bicycles constantly stocked and advise Supervisors when equipment is running low. - Report final inventory at the end of shift to Supervisor and determine if we need to follow-up with any guest on missing rentals - Monitors the area for proper behavior to ensure the safety of guests, by courteously enforcing all safety rules - Ability to effectively maintain order and control, especially when working with a group of children in a environment - Ability to make good judgement in personnel problems, health, and safety procedures and crisis situations - Cleans tables, deck and surrounding areas to keep the area presentable - Removes trash, cups and other items left by guests - Periodically checks on guests to ensure comfort - Responds and resolves guest issues, refers guests to management as needed - Maintains a positive, proactive and customer service-oriented attitude - Communicates with hotel staff to ensure a safe and fun environment for all guests (malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture, possesses positive/outgoing interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain good working relationships with staff, guests and their children) Job Skills • Carry out specific oral or written instructions, frequently following a routine. • Do the same task over and over, frequently in the same way. • Lift, carry and move things like beach equipment and bikes LAZ Parking participates in E-Verify.
