Prince and Murphy... a cutie-pie-pair seeking new accommodations as their owners could no longer care for them. We've had them in foster care for over a year now (they are safe with a rescue), but being a little older, they have not been amongst the "popular dogs." So, we thought we'd tell you a little about them here and hope you may be excited to meet them! Prince is an energetic 12-13 year old yorkie / shih Tzu mix who loves to be held. He's an active, happy fellow ready to go for walks or play ball. He's the light tan dog and we've had plenty of requests for people to adopt just him, but that's just not nice to separate two little pups who love each other. So we wait... Murphy is a 9 year old yorkie/cairn mix and is more subdued than his buddy. He does like his cuddles though, especially if treats are involved if course. Both dogs ride very nicely in the car. And, they have championed this so that they might be rewarded for good behavior should you happen through the drive-thru for a snack. They wouldn't mind a tidbit of french fry if you wouldn't mind sharing. They'd like you to eat salads and be healthy, but they are honest, they like the fries better. These boys have a lot of love to give in return and are looking to adjusting to their new life with you. They are both neutered, health checked, vaccinated, and microchipped, and they will each have a collar with ID tag, harness and leash. An adoption fee will apply. No adoption events until further notice but we can set up safe and/or virtual meet & greets upon approved application.
