Need Several Small Projects Completed in my Home

Hello, I need several small projects completed in my home in downtown Austin. Thought I'd try to find someone here that can knock all of these out. Related photos included. 1. Ice dispenser in refrigerator is broken, have all the parts that have fallen out. 2. Microwave stopped working and needs to be replaced to fit in this section. 3. Light is not working, have replacement part supplied by electrician who never came back. 4. Need an egg chair hung from ceiling. This is the hardest one - the ceiling is concrete and requires drilling into concrete. I do not have the mounting hardware. The concrete ceiling is located about 2-3 feet above a false drywall ceiling that has insulation on top of it. Attached is a picture that I took of what it looks like from another room where this was opened. The drywall ceiling will need to be opened up to hang the chair. I have an 8 foot chain that came with it, but it may not be long enough as floor to drywall ceiling is about 12' plus another 2-3' to concrete. Work must be completed from 9-5pm, M-F.
