Hiring laborers and Supervisors to work in a warehouse facility located in Austin, Texas. This is a long term position for candidates who are seeking a career. We are seeking hardworking production workers for our Austin, TX warehouse who are willing to learn and grow within our company. Any previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for this position. Daily responsibilities include: inspecting equipment, material handling, general labor tasks, and to operate CNC machines (training will be provided). Some overtime is included; working an average of 45 hours a week working from 3PM - Midnight on Monday - Friday each week. Starting base pay for this position is $15/HR plus a weekly payment performance commission structure, and a sign on bonus. We are also looking for a Production Supervisor for our Austin warehouse. Prior warehouse and shipping/handling/receiving experience is required for this position. Prior experience operating CNC machines is a huge plus as well. Primary responsibilities include: managing employees, increasing production, enforcing safety and quality each day, and overseeing shipping/receiving/handling responsibilities. Starting base pay for this position is $18/HR plus a weekly payment performance commission structure, and a sign on bonus. Will be offered to work OT some or most weeks and will also be working our second shift from 3PM - Midnight on Monday - Friday each week.
