Need an outdoor handyman/laborer for projects at my home in Battle Ground, WA. This is a five acre, multiple buildings property. This is likely a 4-6 week project that includes the following: pressure wash all buildings kill off front lawn and remove plantings, etc put down black plastic in beds around bldgs spread beauty bark pressure wash gutter backboards, get bldgs ready for paint chainsaw downed trees and remove to shed clean back blackberries/rhodys south side of house pull off deck fencing/planter clean off greenhouse panels/roof/pressure wash paint off front fascia boards make sure all moss is off all roofs clean off cottage roof pressure wash cottage cut grass inside pool area remove extra pool covering and take to trash area replace pool area fence door clean out interior of pool house clean out fridge on back gym porch Trim grapes Trim willow by pool Clean area by gym Pick up sticks in lower area The above means you need to be able to use a chainsaw, pressure washer, clippers, use a ladder, etc. You also need to be able to work without close supervision. I also am looking for someone who will move fast and get this done asap. If you only have a few hours a week, this is likely not a good fit for you. I would like all of this done in the next few weeks. Honesty, integrity and great references are required. I will do a background check and may require a drug test. Pay is negotiable and can be project based or hourly based, but expect approximately $18-$20 an hour.
