If your not freaked out buy rats then come grab these 5 bags of trash and the dead rat for 100.00. After that do what you want with the trash it’s on you. Must take all stuff in picture except hand truck there is a Rubbermaid small tub of cat litter used with lid.the bucket contains paint.5 bags large trash.tarp 7x7. Sweep up droppings if any. And take dead rat seen in photo by the tarp
