Getting old house ready for new tenants. *Cutting back blackberries, leveling yard, landscaping, digging holes, installing fence. *Deep cleaning ceilings, walls, floors, kitchen *Clean and repair glass in windows and doors *Remove multiple layers of particleboard subfloor from floors *Replace broken doors and doorframes *Prep interior for paint, and painting *Pressure wash exterior and repair missing/broken shingles *Leveling some uneven spots in floors *Cleaning out old garage filled up completely..nobody has gone inside in years..and roof looks like its been leaking So if you have experience any any or all of the above, let me know!
