GENERAL DUTIES We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Dispatcher Representative to join our growing team of dedicated and growing trucking company The ideal candidate is a self-starter willing to work independently and in a team setting to reach sales goals and nurture customer relationships. A strong understanding of the trucking industry is preferred, but not necessarily required. *MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD *Customer service is what separates the best from the rest. *Upward mobility opportunity for exemplary employees. Responsibilities -Develops and executes a personal sales strategy that reaches prospecting calls and sales goals. -Answering all incoming calls and text messages on a timely manner while executing with the utmost care of our customers. -Answering calls, and updating daily call logs from our different advertising platforms -Cultivates customer relationships and manage account needs on an individual basis -Maintains accurate records of all new and existing clients. -Assists the company in helping develop and execute long-term goals. They are also responsible for keeping a line of communication open with the carrier in order to update the status of the shipper’s load. While experience in the freight broker industry or sales is a plus, those without it will be thoroughly trained.
