This position is an incredible opportunity to get involved with an expanding online operation at a real grass-roots level. This role is critical to our success and will ensure our merchandise is in great condition before sending our pieces out into the world! This full-time position that regularly works overtime, Monday through Friday, from 7am until 3:30pm. Health, dental, and vision insurance is 100% employer paid and offered after 60 days of successful employment. What we have to offer: - Full-time employment @ $18.00/hour (40 hours a week) - Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid parking in DTLA - Paid lunch daily You will be involved with all operational aspects of the business, including but not limited to: - Assisting Garment Cutting Manager with daily warehouse tasks - Assist the Garment Team and set up fabric and styles - Troubleshoot inventory issues - Conducting inspection of merchandise/fabric rolls - General warehouse tasks such as organizing, cleaning, and communicating with vendors for pickups, exchanges, and troubleshooting order issues. - Driving company vehicle to pick-up fabric, garments, and other items and organizing in warehouse space -Driving the company van to make local deliveries We are looking for someone who is: - Reliable, punctual and able to work autonomously with little supervision. - Can reliably communicate issues to management as required or needed. - Quick learner and committed to work. - Experienced in warehouse shipping/customer service and/apparel or fashion logistics, or any demonstrably relevant field. - Available to start immediately and has availability to work changing schedules as needed. - Bilingual Spanish Speaker (Required) - Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the work day ****PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 15 MILES OUTSIDE OF THE DOWNTOWN LA AREA FOR THIS POSITION; CANDIDATES WITH LESS THAN A 15 MILE RADIUS FROM THE WORK SITE ARE PREFERRED*****
