We are looking for a new Leak Detection Technician/Plumber to become part of our team. Prior plumbing repair or related mechanical experience is beneficial, but training for our specialty is provided. A fully trained Leak Detection Technician will earn as much as 30% commission on all of their generated work and has a base-pay of $28/hr. An experienced Leak Detection Technician can earn $100k+/year. Responsibilities: Use electronic equipment, critical thinking, and experience to locate hidden plumbing, sewer, and pool leaks in a non-invasive manner Communicate our findings and recommendations with homeowners and others plumbers, acting as an unbiased consultant (both verbally and in writing) Perform plumbing, sewer, and pool/spa repair work Write technical reports for clients Prepare written work cost/scope estimates for same Adhere to safety policies and procedures ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An understanding of proper grammar and punctuation are a must.
