The Osborne Association job readiness training and career exploration training provide opportunities for court-involved and at-risk young adults between 18 and 24 years old residing in the Bronx and Harlem. In addition to the various job readiness workshops provided participants to engage in different projects that positively affect their community. Participants are provided the opportunity to explore potential career choices and the support to develop individualized service plans designed to assist them in achieving their goals.
