Art studio or coworking space for rent. We have a 10x8 personal space available for rent in the corner of our warehouse. This area is great for an art studio with wonderful natural light through big windows. We're also setup for telecommuting with high speed internet. Renters get access to a community shop space and shared tools and other perks; if you end up wanting to do things that don't fit in your personal studio space, great, use the community space. We're a small inclusion-minded community of artists and engineers. Your studio is personal, but we have shared resources and welcome you to participate in the community. We have 9am-5pm M-F working hours where you must be able to keep noise to yourself. After 5pm and on weekends you can go hog wild with the power tools, loud machinery, music production, or whatever else you're into.
