Reputable local Roofing/Siding/Gutter company ROOF ONE is looking for an experienced Sales Manager for a permanent position within our company. As Sales Manager you would be responsible for growing a team of experienced Insurance Claims Representatives capable of closing sales on residential and light commercial properties in the Springfield area. The perfect candidate should have a proven record of successful sales and team building experience. The candidate must also pass a back-ground and credit check. Compensation for this position will have a base pay plus commissions and a company vehicle. Additional commissions will be earned from sales that your team closes and collects.
