help cleaning out basement today

I have a house that needs to have all of the junk in the basement taken out to the trailer. There was mold in the basement so the job will require wearing a mask and gloves and being covered up. I can use someone who can get into crawl spaces and isnt afraid to get dirty. After the stuff is out I need to clean the basement thoroughly and put some of the stuff back in the rest goes to the dump.
