We have raised the starting pay to attract people who are willing to work harder for more $!! Work somewhat independently and listen to music or audiobooks while working! Must be able to pass police background check, drug test, have reliable transportation, a bank account (for direct deposit) and most importantly, be reliable. Only respond if we can count on you to work every scheduled shift and to work the way we train you to. Self-discipline is important! If you are already an independent cleaner with proper insurance, workers compensation, etc., subcontracting (1099) the accounts is an option. Here are the locations, please respond if one or more would work for you. Evenings/Weekends: (1) Lewis Center: (Rt 23 N, 7 days per week, must be available at least 4 of these). You would work independently in one building for approximately 2 hours starting as early as 8:30 (hours and days may be a little flexible). (2) Dublin: (Tu/F/Su). You would work independently in 3 buildings on one property for approximately 2.5-3 hours starting as early as 8:30 (hours and days may be a little flexible). *NOTE: The Lewis Center and Dublin locations could easily be combined (3) Grove City: Wednesday, Sunday and possibly one or more of the other nights, 2 separate buildings (own transportation between is required, approx. 3-4 miles apart. Total hours combined is about 3.5 hours starting as early as 7:00. (4) Gahanna: near aiport, approx. 3 hours, 5 days/wk (must be available for at least 4). This account could possibly be combined with 1 or 2 other nearby accounts that take about 1-1.25 hours each. (5) Grandview/Upper Arlington: one account in Grandview that takes 2-3 hours per clean, 5 days/wk (must be available for at least 4). There are 3 other locations that will very from 1-2 hours each that will be starting soon too. We only hire the best and pay accordingly. You must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a spotless criminal background check. There may be opportunities to grow into supervisory and management positions over time for the right person. If you are honest, responsible, reliable, self-disciplined, a hard-worker, and are a self-starter, please respond immediately! If you don't absolutely fit these descriptions, please don't bother to waste our time (yours and ours!) because it won't last long. We are great to work for if you can take care of our buildings as if they were your own. We like to have fun and get the job done! Experience preferred, but character is far more important!
