Max is a brown and tan chihuahua with a masked face. Went missing yesterday 4/19/2021 from the 5900 block of North monroe. He was wearing a black collar with a bell on it that says VETRANCH on it. The fence was sabotaged which is how he got out. Last sighted on Monroe and LaCrosse around 3pm yesterday. He is afraid of everything but those in his household. So if you see or find him please reach out ASAP!
