Professional, courteous, experienced painters wanted. I need two painters for high-end work in Lenox, West Stockbridge, Great Barrington, Lee, and the more affluent areas of Pittsfield Massachusetts. Starting pay is $17 to $20 an hour. Give me what you've got at an agreed starting hrly rate that we'll figure based on your experience, then show me. I will bump you up to what your work at an hourly rate is really worth as soon as you show me that you’re worth it. I know you are. Personal transportation and yrs of experience are a must. I'll know just by talking to whether or not to start you as a highly experienced painter at $20, with an opportunity to move up to $25 an hr in just two weeks time. In return for a living wage, I need people who are going to show up and work as hard as the rest of us do. An experienced painter willing to do that for two weeks consecutive will move to $25hr immediately in wk 3 and the potential for a $30 to $35 an hour foreman exists from late March/early April thru Nov 15. Work is normally year round, but never guaranteed during the holidays and winter months. Absent of 15 min morning breaks, lunches are paid for those who work as hard as the rest of the team does.
