- We are a Dallas/Ft Worth Swimming Pool Maintenance and Repair Company looking for pool cleaning professionals and/or up and comers into our industry. Our office is located in the Irving area but we do service the entire DFW metroplex. - Due to our coverage area, trucks are provided by us and are take home. We also provide the needed, chemicals, gas allowance, and tools. (Excludes ratchet sets, channel locks etc..) - All of our Technicians are employees so no subcontracting tax mess to deal with. - After one year of employment we provide one week of paid vacation. - Based on your ability to learn and track record of success upward mobility into repairs or office departments is available down the line. That is up to you and your drive to move up though, you will always be welcome to speak with me about opportunity. Pool Cleaning Requirements: - Be upfront and honest, integrity is key in this industry. - Have a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor. - Speak English. - Be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. - Be able to handle Texas weather all year round. - Valid ID required. - Have a valid bank account for direct deposit. No cash/paper checks. - Must have a working smart phone for use, this is how you receive your jobs. - Must pass a background check, no DUI, DWI/Felonies. - Must have a relatively clean driving record, we understand people have gotten basic tickets. - Must pass pre-screened drug test. Job Description: Provide full service and partial service cleaning for our customers. POOL CLEANING EXPERIENCED REQUIRED. We will train you on filter cleaning aspects as well as other ways to make money. Pay: Starting pay once released on to your route is $12 per full service pool, $5 for partial service cleaning (very few of these on service), $25 per filter clean, $5 per small part item sold (Polaris parts, skimmer basket..etc) Our Green to Clean pay structure is a great way to earn extra $$$ as we pay $25 per filter clean needed and $20 per visit to complete the job. One time cleanings are paid $30 per job and $20 per visit after if needed and approved by customer. Feel free to contact me if this is something that interests you so we can dive into details.
