LF: dog Age: 10 months to 2 years, give or take Size: less than 20 pounds, if low enough energy willing to go up to 35 Gender: no preference Breed: no preference but short hair is preferred Temperament: calm, gentle, maybe even lazy, good with small children, other dogs, and cats Training: house trained, leash trained, willing to train the right dog Medical: Spayed/ neutered, shots up to date, microchipped, however for the right dog and a clean bill of health from your vet, we'd be willing to take care of it all We are willing to pay a rehoming fee, and would be happy to discuss price with you. We are willing to travel around 2 hours one way, but we would like to bring our cat to see how they handle eachother. Hi, my husband and I have a tiny cat, and until last year a wonderful dog. We wanted to wait after he passed away, because all three of us were so attached to him, but we are now ready for the right dog. We live in an apartment with a lot of small children running around outside, have a few friends who bring their dogs over to visit, and as mentioned, have a cat, so we would need a dog that's good with all of the above. My husband and I both work but slightly different hours so the dog would only rarely be home alone with the cat more than 6 hours at a time. We feel whole heartedly that once adopted, this dog will be a member of our family no matter what, which is why our criteria are a bit rigid. We have to know we'll be a good fit.
