Store my kayak and use it all you want

I have a great sit in, touring kayak, 17 foot Necky, but I do not live on the water, and cannot transport it easily with my current car. I was hoping someone who lives on the water could store it at their house or dock for me, and I can either pay a monthly fee, or just let you use it whenever you would like.
