Warehouse Associate Job Overview: SBS Transportation is seeking a candidate to fill a full-time warehouse position with relevant experience to work in our Bensenville facility. Responsibilities and Duties: • Operate forklift to load & unload trailers and containers • Pull inventory and process freight received • Order processing utilizing a hand held scanner • Use forklift, pallet jack & other warehouse equipment safely • Problem solve inventory and order issues • Perform computer operations for shipping & receiving • Cleaning and other common industry duties Requirements: • Operate a forklift safely • Ability to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs • High degree of safety awareness • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to remain focused in a busy environment • 1 + years of experience in the Transportation / Warehousing / Logistics industry • No Felonies due to work with US Customs • We conduct pre-employment drug screenings for a safer work environment Benefits: • Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance • 401K + Generous Match • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off • & other value-add voluntary benefits Schedule: *2 positions available* Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 17:00 Monday – Friday: 10:00am – 18:30 Compensation: • $15.00 – 18.00 / hr based on experience Please contact via email or call Bob at: (630)-274-6006
