Mint Cleaning has an opening for a Cleaning Technician. We are a residential cleaning company serving Redding and surrounding areas since January 2020. Creating beautiful clean spaces for customers to come home to is our passion! We love our customers and thrive on providing excellent, caring, consistent service. We are looking to hire positive, caring people with integrity, attention to details, dependability, and solid work ethic. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, but not necessary to perform this job. We will professionally train the right person. You will not use or breath harsh chemicals. Our main cleaning product is Nurturals line of non-toxic, eco-friendly, hypoallergenic cleaning products scented with essential oils. If you love to clean you will love this job and the satisfaction of providing a service customers love to come home to! You will have independence within our team as well as opportunities to work as a team. You’ll stay fit while you work! We have opportunities to serve our community through our partnership with Cleaning for a Reason, a non profit providing cleaning for patients undergoing chemotherapy. Job Details: -Part time (10-20hr/week) leading to full time. -No nights or weekends required. -$14/hr with $3-$6/hr guaranteed bonus for all job hours worked. ($17-$20/hr for every job hour worked). -Paid training. -All cleaning supplies and equipment provided. Requirements: -Integrity and a desire to do quality work. -Over 21 years of age. -Authorized to work in the US. -Must be able to pass a background and drug test. -Must have a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, insurance, and a smart phone. -Neat & clean appearance. -Verifiable work history and references. -Availability Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
