Future General Managers and Team Members wanted. Starting Base Pay is $18/hr with daily bonuses (Most Team Members Average $20-$24/hr After Bonuses are Applied. Some instances where over $40/Hour was made.) We are currently a small, local landscaping company with serious growth planned over the next few years. Our main services include weekly mowing, property cleanups, pruning services, weed removal, mulch, sod installations, and more. We are looking for future general managers and team members to join the company. -All Team Members: daily bonuses, profit sharing, paid time off, and other benefits will be some of the perks associated with working in our company. -Future General Managers: discussed in person (Well Above Industry Standards) *Please be advised that we are currently training team members for GM positions. We do not need a GM at this time. All team members will be expected to attend regular company meetings which expose and teach about our open book management approach, marketing techniques, customer service, leadership, and other areas on how to run a business. We are basically trying to give you a business degree while you are here. The right candidates must be willing to work hard on themselves, in the company and willing to learn and grow. Future general managers will start in the field, then progress to the estimator role, then reach the general manager position. The timeline of this transition will highly depend on the individual and their efforts. Our company goals are: 1.) To raise the level of professionalism in the landscape industry. 2.)
