Littleton, CO 80128 Title: Lawn Care & Landscape Technician Job Hours & Duration: Normal hours will be Monday-Friday 7:45 – 4:45(tentative) with a few chances of working on weekends if rain or other delays occur. Job duration is from April until the end of October, with possibilities of longer employment. Job Overview: Landscape Techs will be responsible for completing large and small landscape projects. Project scopes include all areas of landscape maintenance and installation. Duties and Responsibilities: Landscape Techs will be responsible loading tools, equipment, materials, and any other supplies for the days work. Landscape Techs will be responsible for going out to clients houses and performing a variety of tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to weed pulling, leaf cleanup, rock installations/replenishing, planting, mulch installation, retaining walls, bush/hedge trimming, tree removal, edging installation and other tasks. Landscape Tech’s will be responsible for performing maintenance and cleaning of equipment, vehicles and shop area. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Applicants for Landscape Tech must be 18 years of age and have a clean driving record. Qualified applicants will have 1 year experience in landscaping and be proficient in performing a variety of general landscape tasks. Familiarity with Southwest Denver (Highlands Ranch, Littleton) is preferred but not required. Landscape Techs will at times be responsible for traveling with truck and trailer to different locations and should be comfortable driving a full size truck with trailer, including backing the trailer. Applicants should be self motivated, task oriented and detail oriented. Credentials and Experience: Experience is preferred. We will provide training on all equipment and all tasks. Experience with sprinkler systems is also preferred, including general repairs, winterizations and activations. Special Requirements: Applicants will be working outside for the majority of the day and must be able to withstand the summer heat as well as rain and other elements. Applicants with allergies may have difficulty due to the nature of work. Daily work is very strenuous so you must be in good health and able to lift 75 pounds.
