Description
This role is responsible for assessing and resolving maintenance issues for multiple facilities while adhering to Company cleanliness and maintenance standards. In addition, this role will work in conjunction with the store manager in coordinating larger capital improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be a general handy-person and understand the general knowledge and experience that is required in this role combined with a drive to help the facilities succeed. Status: Average of 30+ Hours Per Week (Hours Can Fluctuate Depending on Season) Schedule: Typically M-F between 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. with Flexible Schedule Benefits: Medical + Dental + Vision + Company Paid Life + 401k with Employer Match and Paid Time Off Job Duties: -Updating occupancy changes in management system -Conducting move out checks and thoroughly cleaning units for new customers -Basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, furnace filters, sweeping, cleaning, trash removal etc. -Grounds maintenance such as weed eating, spraying and general upkeep -Conduct and maintain records of tasks being done via weekly and monthly audit -Oversee the work of various contractors and suppliers, assisting them with access and requests needed to complete projects -Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements (Working Conditions): -Frequently communicates with co-workers, vendors and customers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations -Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation -Regularly operates and uses all equipment necessary to complete basic to mid-level maintenance projects -Frequently moves or handles materials weighing 0-75 pounds -Regularly performs physical tasks such as lifting, bending, kneeling, shoveling, sweeping, climbing, etc. -Works varied hours/days to ensure properly maintained facilities -Regularly works in outdoor and/or inclement weather conditions Job Requirements: -Above average attention to detail with the ability to work with limited supervision -Reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance -Mechanically literate and possess the ability to effectively use basic tools such as: wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, ladders etc. as well as power tools such as: power drills, grinders, weed eaters etc. -Reliable, flexible, and able to handle multiple priorities, meeting strict deadlines -Possess good judgement and common sense and be adept at making sound business decisions independently -Stellar follow-up skills -Team Player PLEASE APPLY AT:
