Hello- We are a white glove delivery service, and we receive high-end design/furniture items on behalf of prominent Interior Designers in the DMV, at our warehouse in Rockville. We are currently looking to fill a role for a responsible, reliable person who will be able to handle the following responsibilities listed below. Some of our Interior Designers work with high class clientele, so customer service will be critical to this role as well. We are open, and receiving furniture and making the deliveries from 9am- 3/4pm. Other responsibilities will include: - Loading and unloading the truck with the days furniture items carefully -able to handle driving a 16' box truck -properly load furniture items -be able to follow instructions of the designers regarding placement of furniture -other various duties such as putting legs on a sofa, taking them off, etc. -possibly hanging a piece of art every now and then -able to be a team player with a good attitude -possibly accept/sign for packages for the day at warehouse as needed You don't need to have CDL, but you will need to be able to get DOT certified if not already. Experience preferred, but not necessary. This a simple job in a small business with great people.
