Key Essential Responsibilities • Maintains positive customer relations through developing customer service skills, personal sales, and effective handling of customer complaints. • Understands scheduling and direction of work activity. Assists the Assistant Store Manager and Store Operations Manager with daily sales and operations duties as needed or requested. • Understands and can perform tire services, battery installations, oil changes, and minor maintenance services following established processes and procedures. • Understands and can perform multi-point inspections on vehicles, notating conditions that exist. Experience / Education / Other Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent • Have a valid drivers’ license, acceptable driver history and access to reliable transportation • Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, handle prolonged standing and walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., often repetitively • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
