If you have experience, great! However, we’ll be providing training for everyone to ensure our high standards are met on every job. ***Earn up to $20 per hour!*** Duties: Lift heavy and delicate materials with CARE Lift up to 75lbs and move up to 100 yards comfortably alone Lift up to 300lbs and move up to 25 yards comfortably in a team Box, wrap, and move client items Maintain a positive attitude as clients direct you (if you don’t like being told what to do, this job isn’t for you) Maintain high levels of customer service and care Minimum requirements: At least 18 years old (laborer) or 21 years old (driver) Open availability (you may find that you’re working 6 days a week, on weekends, and into the evening hours) Has a good attitude Can life at least 100 pounds consistently Ready to work hard and consistently Preferred: Customer service skills 1-3 years driving/moving experience Compensation: You could be making up to $20 per hour! Our Drivers make anywhere from $15.00 to $20.00 an hour Plus Tips!(our employees make an average of $4 more an hour in cash tips). Eligibility for $20 per hour wages is based on: Minimum 1 Year of Moving Experience (Required) Minimum 1 Year Truck Driving Experience (Required) Eligibility for Company Driver’s Insurance (Required) 90 Days Post-Hire No Attendance or On-Call Infractions 90 Days Post-Hire No Employee Expectation Infractions
