WILLING TO TRAIN YOU! **Long term job with ability to learn, develop skills and advance with the company Hours & Details - 7am-5pm or 7am-7pm when traveling (includes driving) - Must meet at Hudson, WI shop at 7am each morning to load up equipment, materials, etc. - Some overtime may be needed depending on jobs and their locations - 70% of Jobs will be in the MSP area - Travel Required for about 30% of jobs- Paid for drive time, and paid for hotel and $30 per day food allowance when traveling - No working on weekends even when traveling to jobs - Hotel when jobs are over 2 hours away Pay & Benefits - With a valid Driver’s License - $15.50 per hour starting & after 90 days $16.50 per hour - WithOUT a valid Driver’s License - $14 per hour starting & after 90 days $15 per hour - PTO accrued & you pick 4 holidays per year to get paid for while off work - Health Insurance - (90% paid by company for singles and 60% paid for by company for family plans) - available after 90 days of employment - Dental, Vision, Life Insurance - available after 90 days of employment - 401k and Profit Sharing - available after 1 year of employment Construction Worker Job Requirements - No formal qualification is required, although a high school diploma may be preferred - Similar work experience may be beneficial - Willingness to undertake training when necessary - Ability to show up consistently on time ready to work - Be able to work in a team setting as part of a construction crew - Be healthy, strong, and fit - Willingness to purchase steel toed boots - Ability to pass drug test Construction Worker Responsibilities - Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools for installation of Fiber Optic Cabling - Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment - Removing debris, garbage and conduct restoration at work sites - Assembling and breaking down barricades and temporary structures - Following all health and OSHA 1926 Construction Safety standards and regulations - Digging pot-holes, trenching and other underground excavation work - Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs per MUTCD guidelines - Good Motor Vehicle Record for 3/4 ton Flat bed with materials and equipment Requirements for Advancement Opportunities as Experience Grows: - Upon qualifying for a FMCA Medical Card, assisting and operate combinations of commercial vehicles and - trailers over 10,000 LBS - Operating commercial vehicle and trailer combinations over 26,000 LBS, drivers are required to have and maintain a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a Tanker Endorsement per FMCSA/DOT guidelines
