We're seeking for an individual with a minimum experience of 1 year in landscaping projects. We're looking to hired a hybrid role. This individual will be in charge of doing the estimates for our residential client, purchasing materials for the job and being the crew leader for the project. You must be able to suggest basic designs for new flower beds, have great customer service, good communication skills and attention to detail. We offer base pay plus commission per job.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pricing all Job Materials
- Calculating the Labor cost
- Calculating installation costs for:
New sod installations, flower bed make over, landscape clean up and commercial lawn care. Additional services we offer: landscape lighting, French drainage, holiday lighting, sprinkler repair and sprinkler installation.
Expectations
Project manager must have ability to resolve problems on it's own, poses critical thinking skills, ability to work with low supervision, be efficient and communicate effectively with team members, office, and clients.
