Make Ready/Groundskeeper Technician

Responsibilities include: * Picking up grounds daily * Putting out notices as needed * Cleaning the pool and exterior amenity areas * Completion of work orders as they come in * Additional maintenance duties as needed Previous apartment experience is preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation CPO certified preferred but not required HVAC certification preferred but not required Make-ready experience preferred but not required Must have your own tools General knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry preferred but not required Compensation will be determined based on experience and position.
