our company made it through the tough Covid times by spreading out, wearing masks, never eating lunch together, as well as several other safety protocols, but now that summer is here and vaccines are happening, we are ready to hire 5 to 7 more employees! we purchase and then fully remodel apartments, then lease them out, and also continue to do the maintenance on these apartments. we currently have over 500 individual units spread over about 16 properties and are always looking for more to remodel. our remodel work includes, new windows, roofing, flooring, demo, cleaning, new cabinets, interior and exterior painting, new tile, moldings, doors, etc... if you have ever done any of this work, that is great but if you have not, we have great employees that will teach you a new skill. ---most of our work is in portland but I do have a remodel coming up in McMinnville. ---we usually work 8:00 am to 6:00 pm but you can work a slightly different schedule if needed ---we offer 40 hours of accrued sick time a year ---we offer 40 hours of accrued vacation time a year ---we are very accommodating to appointments or other family emergencies that need time off ---we currently have enough work scheduled to get us through the entire summer and beyond I am going to hire people quickly so if you see this and have any questions or are interested in working for a quality company please text me with your name and let me know you are interested and I will text you right back the affordable home doctor Josh Owens (owner) (503)890-9349
