Part time Maintenance Assistant needed during floor renovations needed for active, young adult community with complex behaviors. Job duties would include but not limited to: relocating resident belongings to temporary storage rooms, paperwork, conduct fire drills, painting, cleaning, facility maintenance and basic repairs, assist maintenance supervisor with other duties as assigned. Must possess self-motivation, good work ethic and problem solving skills. This position could turn into full time.
