Hopman Holdings is looking for a general handyman / Jack of all Trades to maintenance our 50 properties in the Portland Metro Area to assist our team.
The coverage area is as far south as Salem and as far north as Vancouver. We do have some properties on the northern OR coast. However, the majority of the work will be in the Milwaukie, Portland, and Vancouver areas.
Qualifications include:
--Insured
--Light Electrical
--Light Plumbing
--General Repair
--General Appliance
--General Painting
--General Cleaning
--Yard Maintenance
Compensation will be based on background and skill set.
Please note that this will be on an as-needed basis, and will be billed out under contractor (1099) status.
We are looking for a long-term commitment.
