Day Shift: 9am to Finish Grave Shift: 10:45pm to finish Days off: Wednesday and Sunday (split) The dock worker position is for someone that enjoys being physically active and doesn't mind a cold environment. Our team is pushing and pulling rolling racks that are loaded with milk weighing 880lbs onto the trailers for our drivers to deliver. Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance after 60 days. Cost per month (split between 2 checks): Employee only: $100.00 Employee +1: $348.02 Family: $726.06 The medical is through providence. Vacation Pay: 1 week @ 1 year 2 weeks @ 2 years 3 weeks @ 10 years 4 weeks @ 20 years 2 Free Gallons of milk EVERY week. At this time we don't have 401K or paid holidays.
