UNIVERSAL MONTESSORI OF FLOWER MOUND is looking for a full-time infant teacher. Responsibilities for Infant Teacher. -Provide a safe and loving environment for the infants in his/her care -Give bottles to infants as provided by parents -Feed infants' solid foods as age appropriate and provided by parents -Change diapers as needed -Soothe infants by singing to and cuddling them -Supervise infants on the floor as they play with age appropriate toys -Put infants in cribs for nap time -Ensure play, sleep and changing areas are kept clean - Teach sign language to them Qualifications for Infant Teacher -Previous child care experience - High school or child care education preferred -Meet annual professional development requirements, per state regulations -Ability to pass a background check -Caring individual who enjoys teaching young children -Able to lift up to 30 pounds -Extended periods of time sitting on the floor -Ability to work a with flexible timings between 6:30 am _6:30 pm -Reliable transportation to the Child Care center -Great customer service skills to communicate effectively with parents Salary $10- $12 depending on experience.
