Responsibilities: Moves materials and equipment and performs related duties to assist in day to day operations. Loads equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers Skilled use of various equipment (skid steer, trailers, boom trucks, wheel loader, etc.) Drive variety of vehicles to transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites. Will drive, maneuver, and operate truck with a 45’ trailer to deliver and/or install equipment such as Skid Steers, Pushers, Concrete Blocks etc. to various properties. ***Please understand when responding to this post that CDL is a requirement, but that this is not solely a truck driving position.*** Responsibilities: Performs routine lawn maintenance including grass cutting, lawn edging, weed pulling, and other routine lawn-maintenance activities Use related equipment Provides Professional Facility Services. Moves materials and equipment and performs related duties to assist in the services we offer. Loads equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers Requirements: Valid CDL REQUIRED Excellent attendance and reliability Snow and Ice Management experience preferred Wage to be determined based upon experience, knowledge and skill level. $20 plus per hour FULL TIME POSITION YEAR ROUND Please apply at [email protected].
