POSITION DETAILS Entry level position Monday - Friday Daylight shift (9:00am-5:30pm) Competitive Hourly wage (negotiable depending on experience) Full time position with opportunity for advancement PERFORMANCE STANDARDS Acute attention to detail Sustain focus while multi-tasking Cooperate with production team Communicate clearly and directly Change tasks swiftly with flexibility Promote safe work practices and demonstrate a zero tolerance for non-compliance with safe work practices Work as team to safely meet or exceed production targets and goals Support the care and maintenance of all equipment and systems in safe operating condition Encourage innovation to enhance safety, efficiency and effectiveness Identify opportunities for improvement JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE: Count and check supplies and blank garments/materials received, keeping accurate records Mixing ink Prepare blanks for digital printing, screen printing, or embroidery; sort printed items; assess and address any quality concerns Packaging and shipping: implement various packaging methods with focus on presentation, select correct shipping methods and ship on time Cleaning hardware associated with the printing process Maintain a clean and well organized workspace JOB FACTORS No degree required Prior art and/or design experience is helpful Basic computer skills required (MacOS) Work under the direct supervision of Production Manager PAY AND BENEFITS $11.00 per hour (negotiable depending on experience) Medical benefits available after 90 days Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
