Description
Growing construction management company seeks semi-skilled field technician to assist with punchout, small repairs, site security, and many other duties. We build top-notch multifamily buildings in the greater Center City area!
Valid driver license is required!! Tools preferred.
Role will perform punchout work, help keep sites clean and organized; pick up and unload materials; provide access to subcontractors; and perform other duties as needed to complete projects.
$20.00 - $25.00 / hour depending on skill level and tools.
Background check required. Hours are M-F, 7am-3pm. All sites are in the city of Philadelphia.
