Our Store Associates are behind the scenes ensuring processes run seamlessly and efficiently. The Store Associate - Backroom is a fast paced role, with product coming in and onto the sales floor daily. Essential Functions: Support loading dock and soft production areas in the store Unload and record trucks; starting, porting, baling, & recycling product Grab & open every bag/box from an assigned skid Redirect all softlines and hardlines (clothes, housewares, toys, etc) to the appropriate team member to be sorted, hanged, and priced.
