Need an experienced handyman to remove small bathroom floor, remove tub surround walls, find and repair small leak on hot water line side coming into bathtub, when replacing toilet please reinforce flange for more sturdy toilet installation. Small job, but PLEASE!!! have experience to get in and get out..tenants are in property so you must be professional, polite and prepared to work upon arrival. I will provide materials after demo and your listed material needs. Please send pics!!!
