Currently we are looking for team members who enjoy working outside and can work well with others. We have positions available within our rapidly growing lawn department servicing the Jacksonville market. Job Responsibilities: • You will also be responsible for mixing and applying pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides through spraying, dusts, vapors, soil incorporation or chemical applications on lawns and shrubs while adhering to safety procedures and label instructions. Required Skills: • Self-Motivated: This is a very independent position, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated to get the jobs done in a timely manner and are in constant communication with their Manager to make sure all work is getting completed each day. • Great Customer Service: Customers are likely to come out to speak to you about specific issues or things they want changed. You should be able to speak and act professionally while working with these customers. • Ability to Communicate: This includes reading and interpreting data, information, documents, and annotating details about jobs performed at each property to pass along to your Manager.
