To give a rough idea of what we need.. kitchen and bathrooms demoed and rebuilt, recessed lighting put up in the living room, switching out all outlets throughout unit, 3 way switches installed, ceiling fans, install new mini blinds, replace all door handles, remove old appliances and install new ones, tub surround, solder in a shower faucet, build a divider wall in the basement, paint the unit. Job is 1099. Must have liability insurance. Job pays $1600 per unit
