Description
Looking for someone to be a hands on maintenance manager. Should be able to fix things but also be able to manage small projects and work with laborers, painters, and other contractors and of course, the
general manager. Usually averages 10-20 hours per week but it grows when on projects. This is great for someone with a small handyman business who is looking for another client. Great for a helpful person who enjoys building things. Out of town opportunities working in a rural setting are available but not necessary. Need a good honest guy with a bit of common sense, integrity, and enthusiasm. Need your own vehicle, tools, but we help when necessary. Contact me directly.
