Hi, (When responding to this post please don’t email me to call you it’s usually way too many people to respond I cannot call everyone but I can email you until the conversation needs to go to a phone conversation) 340 waldmann dr park forest il, ROOF- I initially was wanting a tin roof because I thought that was my only option due to low pitch: but after doing more research I can have architectural shingles so that’s what I’m looking to have installed, if you have a better cost effective option other then roll on torch down I’m open to suggestions. My house is a 1100 square foot ranch. AC INSTALL-I still need someone to install ac unit, and shut off. I’m told I have a down flow ac, please see unit I will be purchasing CONCRETE REPAIR- please let me know how many bags of quickcrete needed and labor cost. Looking for serious people who can come out quickly to make bids And possibly start same day if possible but work cannot be pushed out a week+ if you you’re available to start ASAP just don’t respond to ad Please send proof of previous work if you can I am a realtor and house flipper i know all things house I’ll know if bid does not make sense.
