Seeking to rent a space for a workshop

Hello there! I am a trades person of many talents seeking to rent a space for the establishment of an artisanal  workshop. My ideal price range is $100-$300 per month. I can pay more depending on the circumstances. I will also sweeten the deal with the products I make if you're about it. Lately I want to make fine hats, stylish clothing and I have been making fine jewelry which is of a quality that is adored by most if not all who see it. Lucrative and stylish. Therefore a requirement for this would-be workshop is that I be able to use a sewing machine, which makes a moderate amount of noise and heat. I would prefer 24 hour access but I can suffer the burden of limited access depending on the circumstances. I would also like to do minor hammering tasks, mostly for jewelry and ideally I would also like to use a dremel tool. Those are loud tasks, which if necessary I can keep limited to certain hours of certain days. It's not a total caveat if I'm barred from being that loud. The louder I can be though, the better, since I'm also a professional singer. I am hoping to find something weird, like an outbuilding or space in an unconventional building. It's a dream unlikely realized, but a workshop in a treehouse, or a basement where I can be super loud would be the most epic and put to good use. I'm hoping that other morally compelled artistic and unconventionally interesting people find this request and it leads to me finding the right person(s) with the right space :) I am an intrepid soul, a 31y/o male who has lived adventurously. I have connections to major events where these products can be sold quite readily and I can be hired as a performer. So I'm prone to sudden drives across the nation to vend and perform at those events. Being low impact is a huge focus of mine, and I want to be an enhancement upon the Earth more than almost anything. So I take serious steps towards sustainability and it's a main consideration in everything I do. I want to make more amazing products that inspire the many who experience them and I merely need a simple space to do so. Please message me with your interest if you know of such a space!
