Sterling Window Cleaners is a local, family-owned window cleaning company looking for a few individuals to join our consistently growing business. As a well-established window cleaning company, we have a reputation for being extremely professional, with a high level of pride in our work and a strong eye for detail. If this sounds like you, then we would love to hear from you! There is no experience necessary - we provide all technical on-the-job paid training. Job Description and Requirements: - Setting up and Climbing ladders (20-30 Ft.) - Ability to operate water-fed poles from ground level up to 4 stories. - Complete all window cleaning jobs meeting company cleaning standards and productivity requirements - Ability to professionally interact with clients and recommend services. - Ability to lift up to 50lbs (good physical condition required to operate equipment for long periods of time) - Maintain a professional appearance and work ethic - No facial tattoos or piercings, good attitude, dependable and honest with good integrity - Able to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 5am-4pm Monday-Friday. Available to work occasional Saturdays. - Must comply with all safety policies and procedures Ideal candidate is interested in learning the window cleaning trade or has experience already. Part-time (25-35 hrs.) to start with potential for full-time employment with proven quality work. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test if needed. Interact in a positive manner with employees and clients Must speak fluent English Must have own car (with valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance) WAGES: $16.00-$18.50+ depending on experience.
