Seeking an experienced floor tile professional to do a 100 sq ft shop floor install.
Bare OSB subfloor ready for installation and tile will be provided.
You must have your own working tile saw and tools.
Looking to get this finished before it gets much hotter so next month or sooner is ideal but I am flexible.

If you charge anywhere near $10 / sq ft for install-only, please don't bother.
