Shop helper/ installer/ welder

We are a busy off road shop that needs the following positions filled immediately. Anyone know anyone looking for work let them know we are looking at hiring the following people. Shop helper: Task will include but not limited to, taking out trash, cleaning up, helping with shipping, loading trucks we will train for other task around the shop as time and skill set presents it self. Pay=Min wage starting. Welder: Mig welder, must have experience and be a good mig welder that can lay clean beads, we only hire the best welders, if you can fabrication skills as well that's a bonus. We don't care about certifications, or which fab school stole your money and lied to you:) We want the self taught good welder. Pay is competitive send a picture of your welds and resume of where you worked and what kind of pay it would take to steal you from where you are now:) Installer: Must have experience in installing off road suspension, bumpers, sliders and misc other installs. If you have welding or fab skills that is a plus as well. Must have own tools and own common sense, we can let you barrow on of ours for a while but you will need one of your own sooner or later:) Please send resume with what you've done and where you've been.
